Tribhuvan University is the oldest university of legal education in Nepal. Nepal Law College is the oldest institution to provide legal education, which started to provide since 1954 AD in Nepal with affiliation of Patna University of India and later it was affiliated with Trubhuvan University. Moreover, Kathmandu University, Purbanchal University, Mid-Western University, and Nepal Open University offer Bachelor’s and Master’s level law courses in law. Likewise, Tribhuvan University offers Ph.D. in Law.
Tribhuvan University (TU)
Tribhuvan University was established in 1959 AD. Established in 1959, Tribhuvan University’s Faculty of Law is one of its oldest faculties, originating as an Institute of Law in 1959 and renamed in 1974.
